Don't miss out on the LSHS Theatre awards night coming up May 10th on the stage in the PAC. Be watching for opportunities to sign up to decorate a table. (Details to come.) And a big CONGRATULATIONS to our theatre department for FIVE Blue Star nominations. We're still waiting for specifics, but it's great to know we're being recognized!

Being able to do what we want, to be stage actors, already felt like an award. Being recognized as one of the best would be a very much welcome bonus. I remember what it's like before we all joined theatre. Life is really not the same anymore ever since we got into this discipline. It's a very effective outlet. It's good to have a release of all our frustrations and difficulties in life. At the end of the day, we learn to ignore things we have no control of because we knew we have the stage to embrace and heal us during times when we want to forget the real world.
